About KCBA Workers Union

Our Mission
Empowering and uniting workers at the King County Bar Association to ensure fair treatment, equitable opportunities, and a real voice in decisions that shape our workplace and community impact.

Who We Are
We are KCBA attorneys, legal assistants, program staff, and other employees who make KCBA’s work possible. We are represented by SEIU Local 925 and organize as one union across job classifications, programs, and roles.

Our union exists to represent the collective interests of KCBA employees in matters involving wages, hours, working conditions, and workplace policies.

We bargain and enforce our collective bargaining agreement, advocate for fair compensation and sustainable workloads, and protect the rights and dignity of represented employees.
